Understanding the relationship between stress and on the job accidents, we presented a plan to the Environmental Health and Safety manager at Schneider Electric’s Pacifico plant to help their team reduce both. After working together with him and the plant manager, we launched the Safe Lead program at the site to empower safety leaders there. During the pandemic, we helped them find new ways to keep their employees healthy and focused.

By developing leaders that create leaders in safety as well as educating team members and providing them with tools to reduce common stressors, people and their companies will both benefit and prosper, reaching new levels of safe and efficient production.
